About J Taylor Colton

Hi! I’m Jesse Colton, a food and portrait photography based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I believe every restaurant has its own story and a strong connection to the surrounding community. My goal is to help bring that story to life through inviting, authentic visuals that let people catch a glimpse into your Restaurant’s culture.

I have always had a love for food, which led me to obtaining a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012.

Since then, I have been working as a photographer and professional Chef in the Raleigh, NC area for nearly 15 years.

I am eternally grateful for my extensive experience working in professional kitchens, as it has helped me develop a keen eye for detail and food styling. This helps me greatly in my process for creating visually stunning food images.
